Featured Track： Yoga led by Mary Carroll Dodd. Renew your mind and spirit through the practice of yoga! Certified yoga instructor Mary Carroll Dodd will guide track participants as they explore breathwork，︀movement，︀strengthening，︀and stretching. Mary Carroll has practiced yoga for 14 years and has taught for 11 of those years. She loves helping students find peace and calm through yoga，︀specifically，︀by helping them build routines that work for their unique lifestyles.

Other Track Options - Intentional Hiking Led by Sarah Akin - This track will spend time on various Montreat trails，walking at a thoughtful pace and tuning in to the natural elements. With each step， participants will practice “praying with their feet，” remaining grounded，present，and open. Fly Fishing Led by Tanner Pickett - Fish in a region with some of the best fly fishing on the east coast - all within an hour and a half drive from Montreat. Basic gear is available to loan upon request (first come， first served). Visual DiaryLed by Celeste Abney-Crowe - Explore personal experiences and learn to communicate your own unique perspective using a visual diary! This track will teach participants to observe and record daily life using both images and the written word. Check out all of our track offerings on our website!
