Connecting during social distancing: This week's resources for worship, study and navigating COVID-19

Presbyterian Outlook
COVID-19 news & resources
Friends,

We continue to lift prayers for you as you serve and worship faithfully during Advent this year. May God bless you during this time of waiting. Look for next week's resources a little earlier in week — including a special family faith formation lesson for Christmas Eve.

Remember: Check our website or follow us on social media to get materials as soon as they are released. You'll find weekly "Looking into the lectionary" reflections, all of the Outlook's COVID-19 news and stories, and our new worship resources here.

Blessings to you this Thursday!

Grace and peace,

Merciful God, hear our prayers for a world that continues to grapple with a relentless virus, and our gratitude for the light beginning to emerge at the end of a long and deadly tunnel.
This year, we might need the promises of Advent and Christmas more than ever.
On Christmas Eve, churches are coming up with creative plans for the beloved tradition of singing "Silent Night."
During Advent, we practice waiting — especially this year of COVID-19. The waiting itself can change us, if we let it.
“O God, We Long for Better Days” is a new hymn by Carolyn Winfrey Gillette for use before and after Christmas. It is offered for free use by churches.
Are these resources helpful to your ministry or faith practice?

Donations help us create additional resources to serve the church.
