Life Support Prayer Calendar  Call to Prayer: Jesus Doesn't Triage Dear Prayer Team Member, As we continue to pray together this week, my prayer for you is that your eyes will be on Christ and that you will be blessed in knowing that He was lifted up on the cross for you. May that knowledge help you and me to put the needs of others ahead of our own needs and share Christ so others may believe. John 8:28-30 (NIV) ​ So Jesus said, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me. The one who sent me is with me; he has not left me alone, for I always do what pleases him." Even as he spoke, many believed in him. August 2-8, 2020 1. Pray for those who may be devalued by society: the elderly, those suffering from dementia, disability, and disease, the unborn, those with a terminal diagnosis, those who are helpless, dependent, mentally ill, addicted, or who have limited capacity. ​ 2. Ask God to empower you to care for and minister to those society sees as least and to "always do what pleases him" in your relationships with each of these precious lives.
