Dear Prayer Team Member, As we pray for God to meet the needs of pregnant women and move them to choose life for their unborn babies, as we pray for Fathers to be strong protectors for their children born and unborn, let us listen for God's Spirit to show us the deeper spiritual needs as well. May God's Holy Spirit lead us to pray not merely for an end to abortion but for a culture that truly values every human life at every stage because our hearts are aligned with the heartbeat of God for human life.

Call to Prayer: Jesus Doesn't Triage

John 6:47-51 (MSG) "I'm telling you the most solemn and sober truth now: Whoever believes in me has real life, eternal life. I am the Bread of Life. Your ancestors ate the manna bread in the desert and died. But now here is Bread that truly comes down out of heaven. Anyone eating this Bread will not die, ever. I am the Bread--living Bread!--who came down out of heaven. Anyone who eats this Bread will live--and forever! The Bread that I present to the world so that it can eat and live is myself, this flesh-and-blood self."

June 21-27, 2020 1. Pray for pregnant mothers who are anxious and afraid that they cannot provide both for themselves and the baby growing in their womb. Ask God to meet their immediate need and show you how to help. Pray for Him to meet their spiritual need and know Jesus Christ as the true Bread for their lives.​ 2. Pray for families struggling without adequate employment to meet their daily needs. Ask God to send help through his people to provide better employment and immediate sustenance and to introduce them to Jesus, The Bread of Life who meets a deeper hunger.
