Presbyterians Protecting Life - #FeedingTheHungry and #Pray4ppl. It is God's work

Life Support Prayer Calendar
Many Christians are stepping up to meet the most basic needs of the most vulnerable among us during the current pandemic--serving meals, stocking food pantries, taking meals to hospital workers and first responders. The list of those sharing God's love is amazing. It is the work of the Father and the Son together in and with us. It is His work and we are privileged to be a part of it through action and through prayer.
John 5:19-21 (NIV)

Jesus gave them this answer:

"Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it."

1. Pray for God to provide food for those whose jobs and paychecks are on hold because of Covid 19.

2. Pray for the Church of Christ to be everywhere visible, helping, providing, serving, and bringing the good news that God loves us and that we are never alone. May the world see Christ in how we love in a time of crisis!
