Your church is committed to radical LGBTQIA inclusion, but how is that commitment changing the behaviors and culture in your community?
Join More Light Presbyterians and LeAnn Hodges, the coordinator for NEXT Church’s Preaching for Change Initiative, on Tuesday, July 9 at 3:00pm ET (12:00pm PT) to hear how Preaching for Change challenges congregational leaders to focus on worship as a catalyst for change that leads toward liberation.
Preaching for Change (https://nextchurch.net/preaching-for-change/) is a 2 year initiative that accompanies congregational leaders to embody antiracist practices as a way of being for the purpose of impacting change through the transformative work of worship.
Applications to form a cohort are due on July 31. If you are interested in learning more about this initiative and the possibility of working alongside other leaders of More Light Presbyterian churches, join the conversation on July 9, and visit the NEXT Church website (link https://nextchurch.net/preaching-for-change/) for more details.
